We are a small fast paced, rapidly growing family business.

We manufacture and retail home fragrance and well being products and are looking for a new team members to help us drive growth.

Account Manager

(Full time, office based in Spalding)​

 

Responsibilities:

  • To manage stockists orders and process in a timely manner.

  • To expand our stockist numbers and identify opportunities for growth.

  • To build relationships with our stockists, increase sales and identify opportunities.

  • Upsell to existing stockists.

  • Support launches of new products to our Trade market.

  • Support the day to day running of our Trade website.

  • To engage with our stockists via trade shows.

  • Maintain our CRM and Sales Records.

  • To cover and support our Trade Sales Administrator.

  • Monthly reporting to MD.

  • Any other duties that become apparent as we shape and grow our sales team.

 

Skills required:

  • Knowledge or experience of gifting / retail industry.

  • Good organisational skills with effective planning.

  • Reliability and dependability.

  • Be thorough and pay good attention to detail.

  • High level of Literacy & numeracy + Computer skills

  • Ability to understand the customer and business needs of the gifting / home fragrance market.

  • Can implement systems and processes to aid growth.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Positive attitude and ability to work in an inclusive manner with our trade stockists ensuring our family business keeps its ethics and culture.

  • Strong communication skills and networking.

  • Ability to take ownership and lead.

  • Good time management.

  • Adaptability, open to change and willingness to learn.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an Account Management role is required for this role.

Trade Sales Administrator

(Full time, office based in Spalding)​

 

Key Activities:

  • Dealing with daily queries from our trade customers regarding their orders, via phone and online

  • Processing trade orders in a timely manner

  • Resolving queries for trade customers

  • Admin support for the sales office as needed

  • Maintaining database of contacts and keeping CRM system updated

  • Processing online trade account requests in a timely manner

  • Ensuring our map of Stockist’s is kept up to date using our graphic designer to support

  • Attending trade shows as needed

  • Accurate record keeping

  • Support to Account Managers with any tasks required

  • Holiday cover and support to consumer customer service role as needed

 

Skills required:

  • Must have experience in a customer service / sales role.

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude

  • Must like working for a fast-growing ever-changing business

  • Can do attitude. Adaptable as the role changes and grows

  • Good time management and confident managing own workload

  • Great customer service manner

  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner

  • IT proficient

  • Ability to manage own workload

  • Team player
