Buyer / Planner

Salary Up to £35,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Buyer/Planner to join our team. As a Buyer/Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials and products needed for production while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your role will involve analyzing demand, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery. You will be responsible for implementing systems and processes to aid our growth.

Must have experience and a can do attitude to help us develop our systems and procedures.

This is a full time role only. Office Based in Spalding. Monday - Thursday 9-5 Friday 9-3pm.

Junior / Middleweight Graphic Designer

Salary Up to £28,000

You will be a keen digital designer maintaining our website, email marketing, social media and other adverts

You will help streamline our labels and packaging with creative designs and solutions

Work collaboratively with the Creative Director on new products / campaigns and branding activity

Manage product listings on website for new and existing lines 

Content management on trade and consumer websites

Content creation for website

Gatekeep our brand guidelines and ensure they are applied in a consistent manner

Assist with other marketing and design related activity when required

Involved in creative planning of new products / packaging

Support photo shoots with styling and creativity

Support with instore graphics / window displays and digital marketing

Liaise with print companies to ensure signage and marketing materials are printed in a timely manner

This is a full time role only. Office Based in Spalding. Monday - Thursday 9-5 Friday 9-3pm.

Office Administrator / Customer Service 

You will be the glue that holds us all together! Must like a fast paced environment and be willing to adapt and change to business needs as we grow

Dealing with daily queries from our customers regarding their online orders

Customer service for Freckleface on the phone, taking orders and supporting customers

Admin support for the office / office management – keeping office supplies ordered and acting as the central point of contact for deliveries, post, petty cash handling

Secretary to the 3 Directors – adhoc support where needed with hotel bookings, trains, expenses, general admin and filing

Maintaining database of contacts 

Answering the phone and directing enquiries to the right person

Support to Director on adhoc projects 

Attend shows if required such as Chelsea Flower Show

This is a full time role only. Office Based in Spalding. Monday - Thursday 9-5 Friday 9-3pm.

Warehouse Operatives

Competitive hourly rate 

We are looking for a team players to join our busy workshop where we make and pack all of our home fragrance by hand. 

You could be making wax melts, pouring candles, packing boxes, picking orders for dispatch or a mix of all of in any one day!

We need a flexible, fit and active, team player that can help in all departments when needed who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and be a key member in our fast growing business. Our workshop is the heart of our business and we are looking for reliable team players. In return we provide a nice working environment, reliable hours, Monday - Thursday 8-4.15  Fridays 8-3pm and staff discounts and breakfast provided 

This is a full time role and part time applicants will not be considered.
